Gameplay in Out of Tune is really similar to HQ Trivia and other similar online games. The rounds start at certain times so you have to pay attention and be the first to answer the questions. Once you start playing, you have to guess song after song until you reach the 10th one. If you answer all 10 of them correctly, you'll get a cash reward.
